MII15.1 i5Command – How to Guide

The functionality and behavior of an i5Command JS object is similar to iCommand. i5Command JS object uses iCommand as the display template and creates a new object. In other words, i5Command JS object uses the same display template as iCommand.

Besides implementing an i5Command JavaScript Object in coding (refer to the guide SAP MII How-To-Guide for i5Command Implementation), you can also configure i5Command in the SSCE UI element Button with iCommand and Query Template without any coding.

The Query Template of i5Command could not only be an operation on a DB table, but also an XacuteQuery to execute an MII Transaction which contains complex logic.
