Action Stopped By Add-On–How to handle this type of Error

Action Stopped By Add-On–How to handle this type of Error: I have customized the Quality Control (QC) Screen , In this Screen have Posting .(Inventory Transfer from QC warehouse to Accepted warehouse)

when i add the Record  some time show the following Error Message at Red color in  SAP B1 Status Bar.

Action Stopped By Add-On

 

That time , Posting  happen  successfully but Document is not adding.

So , Duplicate Entry Created in Posting.

How to handle the this type of Error in FormDataEvent.
