In April 2015 SAP announced that hybris, the market leading Omni-Commerce platform, is now available for resell through our SAP Channel Partners. As a consequence, active SAP resellers also have the opportunity to get support authorized for CEC Commerce in order to sell maintenance.
Partners interested in becoming CEC support authorized need to comply with all PCOE requirements as outlined in the Technical Support Guide which includes holding two (2) hybris Product Support Certifications.
With the release of SAP Hybris Commerce 6.0, a new version of the Hybris Support Consultant certification has been published on the SAP Training and Certification shop. Please look for E_HYCPS_60 – SAP Certified Support Specialist – SAP Hybris Commerce 6.0.
Please also note that the previous certification version H_SUP_5 cannot be booked anymore. However, it is still accepted to comply with the PCOE consultant requirements for CEC Commerce.

- The certification is delivered via SAP certification partner PearsonVue: exam code E_HYCPS_60
- In order to pass the SAP Certified Support Specialist exam you will need to have passed the SAP Certified Development Professional – SAP Hybris Commerce 6.0 Developer (P_HYCD_60)
