Easydms: extra authorisation in private folder

Easydms: extra authorisation in private folder: Is it possible to give users extra authorisation in their private folder?

Example: Allow users to paste a “link to folder” in their own private folder.
We don’t want them to create links in other folders, only in their private folder.
