How to use web service query (Query as a Webservice) in dashboard mobile

How to use web service query in dashboard mobile: We would like to use web service query (Query as a Webservice) in dashboard mobile. It works fine in desktop but in mobile we get this error “Enterprise authentication could not log on. Please make sure your logon information is not empty”. Does anybody have a good answer on how to solve this problem without a hardcoded user?
