Mass Change Status in SAP DMS

Hello ,

In DMS sometimes we need mass change status  usually DMS consultant use LSMW or BAPI to change status ( it is good ) but is SAP DMS you can use flowing Steps to mass change status:

Step 1: go to t.code:cdesk

Step 2 : Select Document list tab

step 3 :Click  find document button

Step 4 : find document you want change status

(In find document enter your criteria and Execute Or F8 button , when document find you see in cdesk area) 

Step 5 : Select Document your want change status

Step 6 :  Click Edit Button and select change status

step 7 : Set new Status

All selection document change status and have new status
