Release cycle for CPS patches

As per SAP note 2017421, the CPS Redwood patches will be released every four months in April, August and December, but the exact date will not be known until nearer the time.

This is a big advantage in planning the final CPS version when you go live mainly because this information is not available in PAM or anywhere else in service market place.
