What’s up for Chemicals at Sapphire Now ?

We will have a panel discussion entitled “Address Challenges and Seize New Opportunities in Process Manufacturing”. Here you can hear from executives from the process industry including several from the chemicals industry talk about the challenges facing the process manufacturing industry and how you can enhance batch manufacturing processes, improve capacity, increase visibility, and ensure a smooth transition from engineering to manufacturing.

Another session in our sub area from the chemicals industry is Solvay, who will cover how they proactively identify and reduce operational risks in environment, health, and safety. They will describe their approach to build a closed-loop process for managing and preventing occupational and environmental incidents. Solvay will also participate in the microforum “Reduce Operational Risk and Improve Process Safety”. This discussion highlights ways to reduce safety and environmental risks, while preventing incidents. Learn how you can systematically assess, mitigate, and control workplace risks that result from changes in processes, equipment, and materials.
