Digital Boardroom for Oil & Gas: Providing content and a compelling storyline is one of the focal initiatives driven in 2017 ENR Solution Management and the Development Organization. The purpose is to easily demo the capabilities of the cloud-based analytics application and show compelling stories along various dimensions such as finance, EHS or project management. A number of charts, KPI´s, geo-maps, value driver illustrations and drill-down techniques point to typical business challenges and help to resolve these based on real-time insights. A detailed documentation helps customers to rebuild and adopt the content and onboard fast. Touchscreen installations in multiple locations support customer presentations and lay the basis for discussions on strategy, KPI´s and underlying processes.
