I SAP S/4HANA Key and End User Enablement

Our Customers are challenged to understand and adopt SAP innovations as development cycles have shortened significantly since our cloud solutions have a quarterly release roadmap.

Key users and end users are in the heart of customer adoption challenge. When key and end users are already enabled at an early stage of the solution implementation the technology adoption increases highly and becomes less complex to manage.

That’s why we believe that key and end user learning should be part of the user experience. Learn in the app and through the app while performing the tasks, this is the goal for the user adoption in every organization.

To support our customer organizations to turn innovations to adoption, we are developing an integrated and blended enablement portfolio program for key and end user audiences.

This portfolio emphasis enablement content which can be consumed through:

  • SAP Learning Hub (available for several SAP Solutions)
    • Enablement content is available through different editions.
    • Offers an unlimited learning opportunities, anytime, anywhere
  • Embedded Learning (currently available for SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1711) which offers:
    • In-App Learning: where enablement content is available within user task context
    • In-Solution Learning: where enablement content is available in solution context and accessible through a learning app (called learning centre)

The portfolio is structured through a variety of learning assets designed and produced to offer the best learning experience for the key user and the end user.

Enablement content is designed on the basis of SAP Enable Now tutorials; to be easy to consume, user-friendly and with up to date content:

We distinguish three tutorial types:

  • Task Tutorials for business process step tasks – compatible with In-Solution and In-App Learning
  • Getting Started Tutorials to start working and configuring the system – onboarding with the solution
  • Implementation and Configuration Tutorials for advanced configuration tasks

 

Task Tutorials

The task tutorial explains, with a click-through simulation, how to do and how to perform a business process step. A task tutorial package is a set of task tutorials that belong to one business process & scope item.

All SAP S/4HANA Cloud task tutorials are available within the My Learning App in the system and in the SAP Learning Hub as well.

The implementation and configuration library is a set of tutorials that offer an extended knowledge for advanced configuration tasks. The focus is the fully competent configuration settings and alternatives (show what are the possibilities). Expert knowledge is required.
